MARVIN WILSON - Chapter Volunteer
Marvin Wilson is owner of Advanced Transmission, Inc. in Spanish Fort, Al. He is certified through ATRA as a rebuilder, diagnostician & Chassis Technician; removal and replace technician. Marvin never misses an ATRA technical seminar or EXPO. Marvin has been a member of ATRA since 1988 & has been active with the ATRA-Gulf States Chapter in many different ways for most of those years. As Chapter Volunteer I hope to be able to fill a need, technically speaking of which is my strong point for the members of our chapter. If I can help, please give me a call.

LAURA C. WILSON - Chapter Volunteer
Laura is co-owner and manager of Advanced Transmission, overseeing the daily activities from the business aspect of the office. Being a woman holding a leadership role in a predominantly man's field has been especially challenging. She has overcome this with flare and has held prominent positions as a board of director (elected 2 consecutive terms) with the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA) serving the transmission rebuilding industry internationally. Laura currently serves (ATRA) as Chapter Volunteer of the Gulf States Chapter. She never lets an opportunity to learn more about the industry and business in general pass her by and is constantly taking advantage of management seminars and other classes designed specifically for the transmission industry.
